Delivery Times and Prices

Dispatch Times

If you order is placed by 12pm we will aim to dispatch your order the same day. If it is later than this time then it will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Pre-Orders and Dispatch Times

Orders that contain items with a future release date will not be dispatched until either the release date or the first working day after that release date if it is released on a non working day. Please note that we cannot guarantee you will receive the product on release date (Games Workshop's policy for FLGS's mean that we might not receive the goods until after the release date itself). 

Store Collection

All store collection orders will be available for collection the next working day after the order is placed. If you order on a Monday, your collection will be ready from Tuesday. If you place your order on a Saturday it will be available from Monday. Any pre-orders placed for store collection will be available from the release date.

If you place an order at 11:30am on Monday, you should receive it on Wednesday or Thursday. If you place an order at 10:00am on Friday, you should receive it on Monday or Tuesday.

Please note that some products (such as Aerosol Paints) have restricted shipping options and only valid options will be presented at checkout. 

Non-delivery

If you are unfortunate enough not to receive your ordered goods within 20 working days (which is the period that Royal Mail allows before it is declared as lost) Please call your local sorting office, as 95% of delayed items end up being held at local sorting offices because of a failed deliveries. If nothing is found then please e-mail us and we will arrange for a reimbursement or for a replacement to be sent to you after completion of the claims procedure. If you have had problems receiving goods we reserve the right to only send future orders based on Recorded post to help guarantee that items do reach you safely.

Returned to Sender

Items that are returned to Willen Games because they are not collected or claimed by the intended recipient can be reissued for an additional postage fee. Alternatively your order can be refunded minus our postage costs.
